We are the Rochdale Ramblers. The Rochdale Group was established in October 1994 and are part of the Manchester and High Peak Area of the Ramblers Association. We welcome new and potential members to join our walks.

This is an experimental walk! We are going to meet in Norden opposite Stocco and leave half the cars there. We will use half the cars to drive up to Owd Betts from where we will walk back to Norden. This is truly a leisurely walk as a lot of it is actually down hill!
Please note that dogs (other than assistance dogs) are not permitted on our walks.
Please try to bring a couple of plastic bags in case you are getting a lift and need to cover muddy boots!
Meet for roadside parking on Edenfield Road, Norden (opposite Stocco Italian restaurant)
Walk starts from Owd Betts public house, Edenfield Road (road between Norden and Edenfield)
