Downs Banks and Barlaston Bimble

From the car park we will ascend to the millennium viewpoint with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.  We will then descend to Barlaston on the way to the Wedgwood Estate.  After walking through Hem Heath woods we will turn back on ourselves and walk alongside the Trent and Mersey Canal all the way to the Plume of Feathers for a well deserved pint (or 2).  We will then weave our way back to Downs Banks.  Bring packed lunch as we will be eating en route.
