A walk to a hill above Lennoxtown in the Campsie Fells with extensive views of the Forth - Clyde valley.

After a short walk along a road we follow a farm track and then a hill path into the hills to the west of Finglen Burn.  Following the boundary between East and West Dunbartonshire we climb to the triangulation pillar on Dumbreck. Our return takes us back to the valley near Dunglass and then along the old railway to near Clachan of Campsie before following a burn back to Clachan of Campsie.

Local Grade: C+

Terrain: Mostly good tracks and paths with some open hillside. Paths may be boggy in places.
