Overview

Classic Leicestershire farmland walk on distinct paths, skirting Mallory Park motor racing circuit, with a lunch stop at beautiful Peckleton church.  A few stiles are involved, but none requiring gymnastic skills.

Start point is the free public car park on Kings Walk, Earl Shilton, also accessible from Wood St adjacent to the Lord Nelson pub.  Overflow parking is available at the Co-op on Wood St, also free.

Sadly, there are no public toilets in the town centre, but county library members may be able to access one with their library card and PIN.  Toilets will be available at the finish in the Lord Nelson pub.

No refreshments en route, please bring drink and lunch.  Town centre facilities are available at the finish.
