Overview

A walk in the South Downs National Park from Eartham Woods to Sutton via Gumber Corner and, after lunch, returning to the car park past Glatting Beacon and down Stane Street.

Note:  The walk was recce'd on 24/3.  Not surprisingly, fairly muddy in parts, particularly where heavy farming or forestry vehicles have traversed.  But I managed OK.  I have kept to tarmac lanes wherever possible.  Following a further week's worth of rain it is anyone's guess if paths have deteriorated or improved.
