We are the Worcester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This is a lovely walk close to Bredon Hill with views to the Malverns as well as riverside walking. We start in Eckington and walk through the village towards the River Avon. We walk along the Avon to Eckington Bridge for our refreshment break. We then cross the fields to Birlingham and walk through the village and then to Nafford Lock and on towards Bredon Hill and back to Eckington. It is an easy walk with no stiles and very little ascent/descent.
We hope to arrange to eat at The Bell in Eckington. Only park at the pub if you are going to eat or drink there, otherwise please park on the road.
No dogs on this walk, please.
