This pleasant walk, full of ups and downs starts in the car park at Huggate. The car park is free, however the car park committee would appreciate a donation. We suggest £1 per car to be given to Peter G ,who will do a bank transfer on behalf of the group.
Starting from Huggate, we walk down Mill Lane and then onto Hawold Bridle Road Track. From here we head to Nettledale and Jessops Plantation. Arriving at Glebe Farm, Huggate is our final destination and back to the car park
🥾There is one steady climb near Glebe Farm, but in general terms the walk is full of ups and downs .
☕🍰The Walnut Tea Room in Huggate should be open from 11am until 4pm
🥾Chance to experience part of the Wolds and Minster Way
New walkers are always welcome to join the group, but please ask the walk leader for an Incase of Emergency Card before we start,
🐄 At the time of reccying this walk, cattle were encountered on the path, and for this reason would suggest not to bring your dog on this walk.
