Overview

This popular summer walk begins  at Eleanor Cross,  Sledmere. It is from here we head to Crook Plantation and walk by Squirrel Farm.From the farm we proceed to Thirkleby Wold and Coombe Farm and Cherry Wood.From the wood we head back to the cars at Sledmere.

🐕  Regret no dogs for this walk due to  cattle in a field along the route.

👬  New walkers  welcome .Please make yourself known to the walk leader who will be able to supply an In Case of Emergency Card (ICE Card)

🥾  This walk is hilly in parts ,but offers good views of East and West Lutton and parts of the Wolds along the route.There is also a lot of road walking along quiet country lanes.
