Overview

Exploring the undulating landscape south-east of Faulkland.  To quote Peter Wright ‘pleasant if unspectacular; nothing to set the blood fizzing’. By way of the fringes of Hardington Wood and Charlton Farm, before returning on a bridlepath with views to Somerset Lavender with its shop, cafe and plant nursery.  There are no dramatic highpoints on what is quite simply a delightful pastoral excursion in early summer.  Bring snack.
