Overview

Cross country walk from Hullbridge  to the railway line taking in part of the Saffron Trail. Prompt start at 6pm as sunset will be around 8.10pm on the day. Short 10 minute stop halfway at the K9 training ground, please bring any refreshment you require. For those interested a drink on the decking at the Smugglers Den, weather permitting.

A pleasant stroll along the river, across the playing field to Blountswood Road and onto the K9 training ground. Following a short rest make our way back using part of the Saffron trail for a drink on the decking by the river at the Smugglers Den.

Toilet available in the car park at the start of the walk.
