The final stage of the Gritstone Trail takes us back on disused railway upon to Congleton edge and the folly of Miw Cop. Then down onto the Macclesfield canal into Kidsgrove.

Usual pickup on A6 @ 07:45 & Hallgate , Astley Park 8:00.

I am trying to arrange a meal at the end of this walk but no details as yet. But the numbers will be limited so if you weren’t on the last stage get in touch .
