Overview

We will walk from the picturesque Friday Street to Coldharbour Village, then up onto the top of Leith Hill, where we can expect stunning views.  It is a hilly walk and there are stiles.

The kiosk is normally open at the top of Leith Hill but bring lunch just in case.  There is a pub at the end of the walk, just a short drive away.  Dogs on leads only, but there are a few stiles to negotiate.

Friday Street Car Park, Abinger Common. If coming from Farnham on the A25 to Dorking, go through Abinger Hammer then turn right up Hollow Lane after approximately one mile (signposted Abinger Common, Friday Street and Leith Hill). Go past Donkey Lane on the right and prepare to take a sharp left into Friday street, almost doubling back on yourself. The car park is on the right. OS Map X146.
