Overview

At a moderate pace, we head westwards along the NDW with views over Denbies Vineyard and across Ranmore Common.  Some inclines and good views.  We head north to reach Polesden Lacey where we stop for lunch and to visit the Graham Stuart Thomas inspired winter garden and to see 20 varieties of snowdrops along Lime Walk.  Entrance £15 (free to NT members).  2 for 1 ticket allowed.  We return from Dorking Mainline station.

Lunch: Picnic or lunch at NT cafe (NT card not needed for cafe)

Train: London Victoria 9:41; Clapham Junction 9:48. Buy return to Dorking.  Use toilets on the train.
