Unfortunately we will have to cancel this walk. The leaders have checked the paths along the river today and it will be dangerous to walk along them, since some parts are under several inches of water while others will be too slippery to be safe.
A Ramblers group with walks of about 4 - 6 miles. We explore the beautiful Kent countryside from within the Tonbridge and Malling area and, occasionally, further afield.
A gentle walk along the MedwayValley Walk from Yalding to Teston Country Park where we cross the river and return to gain views from the higher ground on the other side.
Nibble break at the Teston Country Park, and a drink or lunch at The Boathouse pub near the locks.
Park in Yalding station car park or along Hempstead Lane and walk back over the bridge to meet in the car park.
