York Public Transport Walks
The walks starts at Grassington and goes up to Linton Falls and Linton then climbing up to Thorpe and dropping down to Burnsall. Return following the river Wharfe via Parson's Well along Wharfedale to finish at Grassington. There are lots of high gated stiles.There maybe be time for shopping and refreshments. Toilets at the start and finish of the walk and a long bus ride both ways.

Catch the no74 bus from the Theatre Royal 8.23, Railway station 8.30, Plantation Dr 8.37. Arr. approx 11.10am.
Return bus 17.00 arr York Station 19.19, Exhibition sq 19.23. The bus starts from and ends at Manor Lane Rawcliffe.
