NLSH Ramblers is a really friendly group, whose members all share a love of walking and the countryside. You’ll always receive a warm welcome from us, whether you want to walk with us regularly or from time to time.

The walk will follow the Thames Path but they will be some long pavement walking. The highlight will be Stave Hill which is an artificial mound that’s used as a viewing platform. It has fantastic views over the Docklands and over Russia Dock Woodland. Stave Hill Ecological Park is adjacent to the site, and is managed by The Conservation Volunteers.
Toilets - McDonalds next door to station.
Bring packed lunch and water.
Lunch stop at The Angel in Bermondsey.

START TIME the walk starts at 10:30 and ends around 14:30. During British Summer Time older Apple devices running iOS 12.5.7 will show times an hour later: don't believe them.
NON-MEMBERS are welcome to walk with us. Ramblers' policy is to provide you with three 'taster' walks, and if you continue to walk with us after that time you may be asked to join.
