Overview

A leisurely ramble along footpaths fields and tracks starting from the edge of Gringley descending to Clayworth and return. There will be a break at St Peters Church in Clayworth where we will be able to view the Traquair Murals the largest works of art in the East of England and then there will be an extremely gentle ascent back to Gringley.

Take the A631 from Bawtry towards Gainsborough. When reaching Gringley continue on the dual carriageway before taking a left turn on to Green Road signposted B1403 Misterton and Walkeringham. Then take an immediate right turn on to High Street to park at the end of the lane after the radio mast. Please note that sat nav cannot be relied upon in this area.
