Hayfield Bus Station CP, £7 cash, PayByPhone, Apple Pay and more. Some free roadside parking in village.
Start 9:30. Route SVT, Lantern Pike, by Taiga Farm, over Glossop Rd, Tom Heys Farm, Shooting Cabin, round Kinder Res. to Broad Clough, back via Coldwell Clough to Hayfield Bus Station.
12 miles, 2450ft. Mainly rough stony tracks. Muddy in places, Poles recommended, Bring packed lunch & drink etc. Please no dogs.
(Recce’d on bright very windy and very cold day. Took about 6 hrs.)
