A walk via the less well known architectural gems and areas of Bath: Portland Place, Lansdown Crescent, Somerset Place, Sion Hill Place and onwards to Beckford Tower. The walk is uphill for the first half, then downhill from Lansdown to Charlcombe, returning to the city centre via Richmond Place. There are very good views over Bath city. The walk is mainly on tarmac, but there are a couple of fields including one steep and downhill, which may be slippery underfoot.
