Starting at the railway station, the first part of the walk visits the historic west side of LLantwit Major before heading out across country and then turning south through a glacial valley towards the Glamorgan Heritage Coast. Walking east along the cliffs to Cwm Colhuw beach for a lunch-break, the walk will continue to the ancient hill fort before looping back through the countryside to Llantwit
Local Grade: C. The walk will visit St. Iltud's church which is considered to be the site of the oldest college in the world - certainly in the UK.
Direct hourly trains from Cardiff, Barry and Bridgend. Free station car park.
