We are the Ramblers Northampton. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Hook Norton is a lovely village with a truly atmospheric brewery and some tremendous pubs. A walk with some undulation and an opportunity to visit the ancient and mysterious Rollright Stones. We then head north to Long Compton, skirt Whichford Wood before entering the pretty little village of Whichford itself. We then negotiate our last rise and fall back for a well deserved beer at the brewery.

We will visit the Rollright Stones where we will pause for a quick coffee stop. Bring your own refreshments. There will be one other brief stop for lunch alfresco.
