We are the Doncaster Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A gentle walk taking in Lound Hill, Hampole Wood and Hampole, before returning to Hooton Pagnall. If you want lunch after the walk, there is the 1903 Hostel, although pre-booking is recommended.
There are freshly planted winter crops, and other wildlife, so dogs must be kept on the lead at all times.
Walkers are reminded it is their responsibility to wear appropriate footwear/clothing, bring adequate food and drink and carry emergency contact details. Go to the Walks/Information for Walkers tab for more details.
Parking on the west side of the road opposite the bus shelter and phone box, to avoid blocking drives and side roads.
