Overview

Starting at Burrator Quarry Carpark we head up to walk above Burrator  Reservoir and through Moorland and woods. We will stop at Cross Gate for a coffee break and enjoy a view of the reservoir. We venture on to find our first 2  potato caves ( Voovahs) , then  on to medieval woods to find the next.  Passing Cuckoo Rock we find another and down to the combe discover the last. We cross a stream and follow the path along the side of Sheeps Tor and back to the reservoir passing over the Dam to complete our walk. We will stop for lunch on route to Cuckoo rock. bring something to sit on.  Toilets near dam.  Text Jenny if you would like to do this walk.
