Please join me for a lovely walk in a slightly different area. There will be some fine views along the way. The walk starts in Ibstone and goes through woodland towards Turville. There is a moderate ascent just before Turville, followed by a steep descent into the village. From the village there is an excellent view of the windmill at the top of the hill. Leaving Turville the route ascends again through fields and woodland leading us back to Ibstone. There is one stile and several very steep concrete steps on the route. There are several short sections of road walking where care is needed and single file.
Please park in the pub car park if staying for lunch. The car park is quite small so if it is full or you are not staying for lunch please park along the roadside. Please arrive before 9:45 to allow time to choose from the lunch menu.
