We are the North West Kent Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Starts at Ightham Mote car park - free for National Trust members, £3 for non-members. (Toilets available shortly before 10am). EX147. Meet by the pay machine in the (fairly) new car park (follow signs Additional Parking). A walk through woodland, parkland and farmland via Fawke Common, Knole Park, Godden Green and Stone Street. The walk starts by following the Greensand Way and climbs steadily for the first mile or so. From then on it's gently undulating. Some stretches can be muddy after rain. Lunch at Buck's Head, Godden Green or bring a picnic.
Note: the map does not show the fairly new car park at Ightham Mote. The marker indicates the location of the pay machine in this car park.
