Overview

Start from Station Road in Shoreham, near the entrance to Darenth Valley Golf Club (Map EX147). We head along the Darent Valley path towards Otford and then climb steadily to reach the balcony path. We are rewarded by fine views across the valley as we follow the path above the Shoreham Cross. There is a gentle descent to Shoreham and we then follow the river back to the start. Lunch near the end of the walk at The Crown in Shoreham.
