We are the Balerno Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The route will join the Water of Leith walkway, just below Pentland View Car Park (PVCP), to Balerno and return on the track near Malleny House via Lymphoy to Currie (PVCP). It is a pleasant mix of riverside and countryside scenery with places of interest.
We will stop for a mid morning snack and drink on route.

We meet and start our walk from Pentland View Carpark, off Lanark Road West in Currie. This carpark is served by the Lothian bus 44 in both directions, coming from Musselburgh via City centre to Balerno
