We are the Windsor & District Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We will walk through Iver village and along Swan Road to the River Colne, passing by (or possibly walking around) Little Britain Lake and then walk back to Iver via Ford Lane. There is an opportunity for coffee at Costa or similar at the end of the walk. It may be muddy and the route may vary on the day if conditions dictate. This is a joint walk with Slough U3A.
Meet in the free parking area for Iver Recreation Ground, signposted for Saxon Court and Recreation Ground from the High Street in Iver B470. (It's by the zebra crossing nearly opposite Iver Junior School. The Slough to Uxbridge bus number 3 passes along Iver High Street, near the start of the walk.
