Approx. 6 miles easy – could be very muddy in places. Total ascent 145ft
Walk down Old Hall Lane before skirting Avro Golf Course, and on past the water treatment plant. We cross Mill Lane and cut across fields to Bonis Hall Lane where we cross the road and follow footpaths down to the River Bollin. We cross Mill Lane again and head up a slight incline to Newton Hall Farm before heading back to Mill Lane. From there we cross Lees Lane and walk to Lumb Farm where we follow footpaths back to Old Hall Lane.
