Sevenoaks Ramblers organises a variety of walks on Wednesdays and Sundays in the wonderful countryside around Sevenoaks. Come and join us!
Starting from Kemsing we climb to join the North Downs Way and continue East. We enjoy the views as we descend towards Wrotham Village. Passing Blacksole Field, site of the Battle of Wrotham Hill in 1554, we then skirt Wrotham Village. We climb Butts Hill and make our way through the fields to Stansted Village where we stop for lunch. We return via Knatts Valley, where our third climb takes place. We continue to Romney Street and make our descent back to Kemsing. In addition to the views we can hope to see some interesting spring flowers along the way.
