0ur walk takes us through field paths to Higher Hurdsfield where we climb steadily to the rough pasture above Walker Barn and onwards to Lamaload, Blue Boar Farm, Saddle Cote and Harrop Fold Farm from where we head back through fields to Kerridge finishing with a steep climb over the foot of White Nancy. The walk is mainly on field paths and rough pasture with some road walking on quiet lanes. There are numerous stiles and conditions underfoot can be slippy and muddy wearing gaiters is advisable.
