Overview

A summer walk in the shade of the Kings Forest. We will try and keep in the shade as much as possible. We will park at Kings Forest, West Stow. Beware the track to the car park has lots of pot holes.

From the car park we will walk through the forest towards Fullers Mill garden, to join the Lark Valley Path, which will takes us by the side of the River Lark going towards West Stow lakes. We will walk around part of the lakes, in the shade, and then onto the visitor centre for a  break. There is a cafe, and toilets here. From here we will walk through more of the forest to return to our cars.
