We are the Bury St Edmunds Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Starting from the pier car park, we will head north along the seafront and then head inland, via good paths and quiet lanes to Reydon Church for our morning break. We will then pass through a wide variety of habitats and beautiful landscapes to the west of Southwold and Walberswick to reach the Dunwich River. After a picnic lunch we will have a brief stop in Walberswick, before using the ferry (£2 cash) to take us back to Southwold and a walk along the sea front.
We will be back in good time so that walkers can explore Southwold and enjoy an ice cream or a cup of tea.
