We are the Brighton and Hove Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
These walks iare promoting the Ramblers Association at the Campaign for Rural England day at Knepp..
They are designed to introduce newcomers to the ramblers. There are two routes
12.30 Yellow route - flat easy walking suitable for all abilities- a 2.1 mile walk through a variety of habitats.
I2.30 p.m Orange route which is 2 miles long. flattish but rougher path, sticks advised.
Both offer the chance to see the storks, long horn cattle, deer, free ranging pigs and ponies. Both walks are likely to include members of the general public. If you are planning to attend and particularly if you are able to offer any of our stall volunteers ( mainly based in Hove) a lift to or from the event, please let the leader know.
This is a flat walk.
Dogs are welcome but must be under close control and on a short lead near animals.
We will start at Ramblers stall at Barn at Knepp.
