Overview

This 8.5 mile moderate walk starts from Bottoms reservoir, Langley at 10am.  About 1,700 ft of ascent. We will make our way to Walker Barn then down to Valeroyal, over fields to Lamaload reservoir, then past Thornsett farm to Tower Hill, Berristal Road, Hordern Farm then up to and across Buxton rd, along the Gritstone Trail to Tegg’s Nose ( toilets) then down through the woods back to the car park. A little muddy in parts and quite a few stiles but not many tricky ones.
