Overview

Starting on the green opposite the Leather Bottle pub we make our way towards Bunkers Farm. We carry on past Highwood Hall Farm, Blackwater Woods until we reach the outskirts of Bedmond. Here we see The Church of the Ascension which was built for the huge sum of £80.00 in1880. It is known locally as the Tin Church. We then head past Hyde Farm and Nash Mills and enter Long Deans Nature Reserve and Bunkers Park on our way back to Leverstock Green. Everybody is welcome to join us for a post walk drink (Alcoholic and non Alcoholic) at the Leather Bottle Pub which is said to be the second cheapest pub in Hemel Hempstead.
