Oswestry Ramblers welcome people who enjoy walking and the countryside. We walk twice a week mainly in Shropshire and Wales and help improve local footpaths.
From Cockshutt Village Hall we will head via lanes, tracks, bridleways and fields towards Loppington Grade I listed church, this will be our lunch stop. From here we complete the circular walk through Woodgate Brown Heath and English Frankton back to Cockshutt. Please bring refreshments for two stops lunch and coffee. It may be muddy in places dependent on the rainfall from now till then.
Please note: following a recent recce and to avoid some very muddy ground, it will now be one mile longer taking it to 7.5 miles but will remain leisurely - with a festive touch!
