Overview

We walk to Chorlton Water Park then to the River Mersey. There is a long-term bridge closure meaning a detour along the River Mersey and then a short distance through Kenworthy Woods. We follow a wooded path at the side of the Parkway and into Wythenshawe Park. We will continue around the hall to a picnic area – there will be toilets, but any other facilities will be confirmed nearer the time. We will have covered just over 3.25 miles so far and the walk continues for 0.75 mile to Moor Road tram stop.
