Walks Coordinator
The walk is through undulating fields, woods and lanes, from Mark Cross to the edge of Rotherfield and back. There are a number of stiles and several uphill sections. As you would expect after the rain we have had, the footpaths are quite muddy! Water and mud proof footwear is essential.

For anyone fancying refreshments after the walk, Mark Cross Garden Centre has a very nice café or the Lazy Fox (formerly Mark Cross Inn) is just over the road.
Meet in the car park at Mark Cross Garden Centre (Sussex Country Gardener). The Garden Centre is on the A267 just north of the junction with the B2100 from Rotherfield and Crowborough, on the left hand side. Please park in the lower section of the car park.
