Overview

We will start in Taf Bargoed community park, site of the old Deep Navigation Colliery.  From there we will head towards the Taff trail following it until we reach Treharris.  We will then head up, through forestry, on to the ridge where we will hopefully have good views over the valleys before heading back to the park.
