Overview

This is a lovely linear walk through Wimbledon Common and Richmond park. We start at New Malden and follow the signs for the Beverly Brook walk through Wimbledon Common. We will pass the remains of an Iron Age Hill Fort from 700 BC. After about 3 miles into the walk, we will stop for a quick toilet break at the Windmill and then follow the Capital Ring until we approach Sidmouth Wood in Richmond park where we will turn left soon to reach Pembroke Lodge. We will do another stop at Pembroke Lodge for toilets and a sandwich and then make our way to Richmond Station. Estimated finish time 3:30pm
