Overview

Moderately-paced linear walk from Balham we follow the start of the Green London Way. We deviate from the route to take in the New Springfield Park (open 07/25) before rejoining the main route at Earlsfield. Continuing along the River Wandle we head off towards Wimbledon.

Please wear suitable footwear as it might be muddy. Comfort break 10 minutes into walk and 45 minutes where hot drinks and snacks are available or eat while walking. Plenty of eateries at the end.
