Overview

Leisurely linear walk on paths through parkland and woods with streets to cover at either end. The paths may be muddy after rain. For most of the walk people can walk 2-abreast. There are trees, flowers, bushes and birdlife on the small lakes. Toilet and refreshment stops at The Windmill Tearooms a mile and a half into the walk and at Pembroke Lodge after 6 miles. To allow time for stops and descriptions of points of interest , this walk is likely to take 4 hours.
