From Rowley Mile to Warren Hill, this circular walk starting from Newmarket Station will be 4.5 miles of pavement walking with optional extra 1.5 miles on the gallops to admire the view from top of Warren Hill. Walk will start when I arrive on 10.17 train. Free time afterwards to visit National Horse Racing Museum or stop for lunch or do some shopping.
Meet Newmarket station for 10.17 start or catch 09.20 train from Ipswich. Small carpark at Newmarket station £3 all day or on street parking on nearby roads. Trains return hourly at approx 5 mins past the hour. No facilities at Newmarket station so make sure you're comfortable before leaving train.
