Overview

North Gare carpark at 10:15.

Walk behind the dunes and then across the sand towards the mouth of the Tees. Turn left and walk through the dunes until erosion rocks are passable. Cross erosion rocks to beach, walk along the beach to Seaton Carew, return along path alongside golf course. Some up and down through dunes.
