Overview

Starting at North Greenwich Pier, along the Thames to the Thames Barrier, then Maryon Park, Charlton Park, Hornfair Park, Woolwich Common, Kidbrooke Grove, Blackheath. Finish at Blackheath Station. One steep climb up steps and a few other gentle slopes. Following the Green chain in part. Picnic/pub/cafe lunch in Charlton Village with option to look around Charlton house and gardens.

Note: This walk has been moved to Thursday due to Rail strike. There are no working toilets at North Greenwich Station. Other options are to stop at the O2 or Thames Barrier. Most the paths are hard standing. I have increased length of walk to difficulty to moderate.
