Overview

From Llanfairwaterdine we walk up onto one of the best bits of Offa's Dyke and around Llanfair Hill, before recrossing Offa's Dyke and returning via a stretch of the Jack Mytton Way.

Undulating countryside with short stretches of lanes.  Some gates and stiles.  The highest section as we cross Offa's Dyke is very exposed, so inclement weather can be a bit more extreme for this short section

From Knighton head towards Newtown on B4355. At Lloyney turn right to Llanfairwaterdine. Over the little bridge and bear left into the village. Everest Hall is on the left before the church
