Mainly on good paths with some short but steep descents and one short steep ascent.

Car park charge: £8 for all day

A walk from Ogmore by Sea car park following the river upstream and then turning up Pant y Cwteri and around Pant Quarry to reach Old Castle Down. A visit to Coed y Bwl Nature Reserve to see the wild daffodils (hopefully in flower) before heading to Dunraven Castle grounds. From there the return is along the Wales Coast path back to the car park.

Walkers are asked to carry In Case of Emergency information, this might be on a card, key fob or on their smartphone.
