Tiger Bay Ramblers (TBR) is a walking group for people of working age. It is based in Cardiff but walks across South Wales and beyond.
We will begin in Abergavenny and gradually climb through woodland and open countryside to the summit of Pen Y Fal (The Sugarloaf), and take in its amazing views. From here, we will descend onto the Deri ridge and visit Twyn Y Allt, before dropping down through Sunny Vale and back into Abergavenny.
There is a gradual climb up which steepens as we approach the summit and there is a steepish descent coming off Twyn Y Allt.
We will take a steady pace with refreshment and lunch breaks. The start point is the upper end of Chapel Lane, Abergavenny.
