We are the Winchester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This is a circular walk starting and finishing in Cheriton village and covering an area of Downland to the West. There are no stiles and generally good wide tracks to follow, and just a few short sections on road at the end. The route includes some inclines but nothing steep. There are some great expansive views and also a couple of woodland sections. We finish with a short walk through the village.

The pub has produced a special menu which the leader can send to you when you book a place. He needs to know any food orders 1 day prior. We are limited to 20 people eating. Food can be paid for when buying drinks beforehand /after.

Parking is at The Flower Pots Inn on Brandy Mount (also known as Westfield Road), Cheriton, SO24 0QQ. Please park towards the rear of the car park. Toilet facilities will be available before the walk.
